In 2026, no fewer than 13 new walking routes will be launched through the beautiful South Limburg landscape. And you have the unique opportunity to be among the first to join a special walk through beautiful Maastricht.

Enjoy a 12 km walk accompanied by an experienced IVN guide, with attention to both nature and history. Along the way, the Roman past comes to life: through the VIA VIA–Via Belgica app, the Roman wine merchant Servatus takes you on fascinating audio stories about life in Roman Maastricht.

As if that were not enough, you will even meet real Romans along the way, who will surprise you with a story or a small tasting.

• Starting point? Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the walk in front of Centre Céramique, Avenue Céramique 50, Maastricht.
• Price? €3 per person (to be paid at the starting point)
